Returns and Refunds Policy

General Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only as per the conditions mentioned below and within the specified time frame.​
  • Certain products may be non-returnable for health, hygiene, or regulatory reasons.​

Non-returnable Products

  • Products that are opened, used, or with tampered seals.​
  • Temperature-sensitive medical products, injections, or perishable items.​

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received an incorrect product compared to your order.
  • The product is missing essential parts or accessories as described.

Return Window and Process

Refunds

Partial Refunds and Deductions

Order Cancellations
