Returns and Refunds Policy

- Returns are accepted only as per the conditions mentioned below and within the specified time frame.

- Temperature-sensitive medical products, injections, or perishable items.

- You received an incorrect product compared to your order.
- The product is missing essential parts or accessories as described.
Return Window and Process

Refunds

Partial Refunds and Deductions
